A truly elegant and unique union took place this weekend in the historic town of Suffolk, Virginia. With all of their closest friends and family present, this couple said I do. There was not a dry eye in the house as the couple exchanged their handwritten and heartfelt vows. Everyone could feel the love that the two shared as they both told each other before everyone what they loved most about each other and how committed they are to one another. They had the terrific support of their 24 person bridal party as they got through such an emotional day for them all.
Quanetra was draped in a gorgeous sparkle mermaid gown from All the Rage. She accented her look with a fascinating diamond sparkle headpiece and cathedral length veil. She commanded the attention of everyone as she walked down the aisle to marry her best friend.
At the reception, it was time to party! In the gorgeous ballroom of the Hilton Waterfront, Miss Raquelle decorated the room and did not miss a single detail. All the of the guests got to enjoy a fun filled photo booth from SmartShot and sip on the couples' signature Carney Cocktail. Each bridal party couple marched in to their own unique dance but Lamar and Quanetra stole the show with their special handshake and dance to match. Donned in their too cool for school shades, the couple were ready to dance the night away to smooth sounds of the DJ who rocked the house.
At the end the of the night, the cake provided by Gourmet Bake Shoppe was a hit! All of the guests enjoyed their delicious cake and some even had seconds. Danielle the planner extraordinaire gathered guests so they could their way to the riverview exit of the building as they sent the couple off with sparklers. Ricky and Marcus of Visually Inklined were sure to capture all of the night's special moments on video. This was an amazing night for an amazing couple.
